Fatworks is a bakery saver!! I have a bakery with my mom in Charlotte, NC. I use rendered leaf lard in my pie crust, and it makes it so much better than it would be without it. I just pre-baked a bunch of pie crusts in little pie tins last night, no filling yet, and they smell like xmas cookies when they come out of the oven. We don’t put any sugar in our pie crust, it’s just good fat and good flour.
