It does what it says on the Tiny piece of paper that came in the box with it. Not really instruction sheet but a picture of the on/ off switch.! This has to be plugged into mains though....

Love this fabric. Made a cute summer skirt as the fabric is thin and light but not see through. So soft against my skin and good quality. (However is quite a hard fabric to work with as very slippery). Fabric look just like picture :)
