Your warranty clam and process is very nice but i have same problem arise after getting warranty replacement . I think this ring design is not appropriate because after replacement agin that dimonds are fall and this time we open the box and dimonds are fall into box so we have requested for replacement with another design

The ring is good as expected I liked the design…but the shipping is worst…I placed the order on 15 and got it by 23 too delay and that too their customer service is bad there is no single option to contact them tried a lot to contact them did not pick my call did not get the reply over the mail or the chat waited so long they need to enhance their customer service support

Special thanks to anushka sharma for this beautiful design, actually I gifted to my loved one she liked this and used to wear on daily basis at office and the quality of the silver is really appreciable.
