Was very happy that I sent my baby pram for washing before I go for our holidays. It was so clean and baby got to enjoy the clean pram in Taiwan. Will definitely send it for washing again!

SUPER AMAZING! I have never seen my stroller so clean before! Because our baby is premature and regurgitates quite often the stroller is just drenched with spit up which was a pain to remove. Even putting the stroller under the sun did not help. The stroller still smelled and looked horrible. I chose the ultimate wash because of lots of spit up soaked into the fabric and it did not disappoint! My stroller smells and feels so nice! Will definitely send to wash in the future as well! I was seriously ready to buy a whole new colour pack for my babyzen, maybe even a whole new stroller because it kid #1 used to eat and drop a lot of food in the pram (and we were not fastidious cleaners), and it was time to give it to baby #2. Instead we got it washed and it was AMAZING! Super happy!

It was really hassle free! Drop off at Vivo cos we were in the area. And they will send it back to your residence after washing. The stroller was super clean and all the stains were gone! So impressed.

Send off a very dusty stroller with some food stained for cleaning as I would like to store it away. I was very impressed when it was delivered. The wheels are cleaned, the stains were gone, and the dust didnt exist. It was like brand new. I will use their services again when the need arises.

This was my 2nd time sending to PramWash. This time I have my 2 items being pick up and deliver by the staff, which was very convenient. The staff would check for any damages/tear after collection and before they proceed with the cleaning so as to avoid any problem upon returning. Overall, i love the whole process and would recommend my friends & relatives.

Superb work! Was quite pricey but im indeed amaze on the outcome. item was still hot and crispy when arrive in a big plastic bag sealed! also sent it for some servicing on the pram wheels and it was done and oiled! on top of that the customer service handling the whatsapp was so helpful and cater to my needs. will definitely return.

It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Was greeted by a warm and friendly staff at the vivo outlet; and there were follow-ups on text regarding delivery (to my place). Car seat was delivered in good condition (haven't used it for 2 years!) and my younger kid is now using it. Thanks for the great service!

Stumbled upon Pramwash by chance, but am blown away by the results of the basic package for on-site car seat cleaning! No "before" picture - but Pramwash did a fantastic job at removing most of the stains on the carseat. I especially love how fuss-free the process was - (1) book and pay for services online, (2) drop off item on-site, and (3) pick up at the end of the scheduled slot.

I bought my doona stroller back in 2016 and have been using it for my 1st and 2nd child. Then we kept it in our store for more than 3 years. Can you believe this car seat has been with us for 9 years plus? It is still in tip top condition, with minimal wear and tear because we send it for proper cleaning and servicing with Pramwash since 2019. It looks like a brand new car seat everytime we receive it back from Pramwash! So don’t forget to send in yours for maintenance so it can take your kids on many adventures!

Very efficient and accommodating service. Needed the clean infant car seat delivered at a certain date as I am already delivering and despite original schedules being full, they managed to find a slot to ensure it arrived before I was discharged and can bring baby home in it!
