I love taking these once a day vitamins! Postpartum seven months ago, I needed to restore my body from the inside out. Also as a breast-feeding mom I wanted to be sure that baby girl was getting her vitamins as well! But these vitamins are great as they taste amazing and don’t leave the pill “vitaminy” after taste. I also have to mentally prepare myself to swallow a pill so the gummy’s are the way to go!
