I love taking these once a day vitamins! Postpartum seven months ago, I needed to restore my body from the inside out. Also as a breast-feeding mom I wanted to be sure that baby girl was getting her vitamins as well! But these vitamins are great as they taste amazing and don’t leave the pill “vitaminy” after taste. I also have to mentally prepare myself to swallow a pill so the gummy’s are the way to go!

I love my Black Girl Vitamins! I bought the “Hair, Skin and Nails” gummy vitamins and the “Once a Day” vitamins. My doctor told me that my vitamin D3 levels were low after reviewing my blood work so I was determined to incorporate vitamins in my daily routine. Black Girl Vitamins were perfect because they provide D3 and many other vitamins all in this easy to swallow pill! I highly recommend these vitamins to anyone!

This is mine second time ordering the daily vitamins tablets for me and my mom. The daily vitamins do the job. After the initial shock of how big the vitamins are, they are easy to swallow. I would suggest if anyone has difficulty swallowing pills to order the gummies. Also very fast shipping.

I’ve been using this collagen alongside my Black Girl Vitamins and let me tell you… my stomach has seen major improvement! I also drink mushroom coffee so I add this into the mix and it has been one of that best combination the only downside is now I have to hide my new growth and greys more often because my hair and nails are definitely growing quicker.
