Deep silver thread pillow case is a great addition to the dream deep pillow. Nice snug fit on the butterfly design pillow, keeps my head, neck area nice and cool during the night and that makes a huge difference in the quality of sleep I get. I'm extremely happy with this pillow! The foam has a little give, and is not as hard as some memory foam. I like the butterfly cutouts for your arms. Perfect angle to cradle your head. I'm sleeping so so much better.

I’ve been using the same memory foam pillow for a decade. It needed replacing and I’ve attempted to replace with other brands with no luck/increased neck pain and agitation.
