We gave up vegetable and seed oil so we needed to supplement for Taco shells, potatoes, and French fries. We started using beef tallow. After having duck fat fries at a brewery in AZ we were hooked! We still use tallow for stuff like liver but we are hooked on the suck fat. I think we just received our 3rd order and it has arrived fast and in good order. We are so happy to find fat works. I have found Fatworks grass fed beef tallow to be the best I have ever used! I make my own bird suet cakes with it knowing nature is receiving the cleanest, healthiest fat ever! Your tallow is far superior in color and density, which shows me how great it is compared to other pale colored and thin tallow I have used in the past. In the attached picture, you can see my last shipment box was pretty banged up when it arrived leaving the plastic bucket in rough shape too.

Fatworks - DUCK FAT is now my go to fat when some food needs some fat for frying. Very tasty and a rich yet subtle flavor. The Duck fat really "crisps food up"... for sure. And even if you need to turn up the heat a notch - it does not burn. But of course, keep a watchful eye. This photo is of Fried Smelts. Thanks to DUCK FAT, these are as good as I have made as they need to be nice and crispy... and they are!

3 jars of thunderfat! and 8lbs of bison chuck roast taking 18hrs to dry. My first time making pemmican was amazing. It’s an acquired taste but, every bite I swallow gives my senses the impression I’m eating a food that’s healthy and complete of nutrition. I will definitely be coming back for more tallow. This is the best tallow! We are on our second order now and it quickly became a staple in our household. We use for frying and roasting, with our favorite being a dollop with roasted potatoes. I promise you will not regret this purchase!

Love this Bison Tallow! Not only is it great for cooking but I also make some Tallow Balm with it. Since using the tallow balm my skin has improved significantly! Also works great on a sunburn.

I have been trying to find good beef tallow for a reasonable price for a long time. Grew up using tallow and lard (mostly lard). I recycle bacon grease a lot but now with this I have other options. I have used this in multiple cookings and it has given the food a nice flavor and after all of my research I am confident that this is so much healthier than the processed oils. Looking forward to using more.

Great products. Purchased the organic beef tallow at a butcher shop the first time but there's so much more on the website. The candle I got smells amazing and burns clean. Absolutely love the mini fat sample sizes. Nice to try without committing to big jar.

This bison is pretty easy to use. I keep it in the refrigerator so it’s kind of hard. I jam a fork into it and a chunk breaks off. I throw it in the pan and we’re ready to go. I’m a fairly strict carnivore and this fat leaves me feeling good. Most likely, I will use more bison tallow over beef tallow. Quite possibly my only limiting factor on an excessive consumption of this product is the price.

I love this ghee! I put it on almost everything I cook! I love the flavor profile of this as well, it doesn't have an aftertaste like some of the other ghees I have used. I also have a lactose intolerance so I use this as a substitute for butter in baking.

I ordered the ,In Organic We Trust, to try several of the products and was just blown away!! The flavor of each is undeniably great! I cook my eggs in tallow and will not go back to anything else. I roasted a chicken coating it with the duck fat, and not only was the flavor fabulous, but it browned and made the best crispy skin I ever had. My daughter has a medical condition and we can only use animal fat to cook. Her diet is so restrictive but we are loving fatworks. This bison fat is so clear and nearly tasteless. It makes fantastic oven fries. I fried these Japanese chicken nuggets in fatworks lard fyi. They're dredged in potato starch . Love the bison tallow though. It's the closest to tasteless and seems to have a higher smoke point than the lard or poultry fats.

Love this! The bison is my go to that I use for everything, but I also have elk and venison that I use when I want to be fancy. I had to eliminate butter for 60 to 90 days so fatworks tallow has been amazing since I’m carnivore and cook errrrthang in fat!!

From duck breast, to Kobe beef and fish and chips, this stuff doesn’t duck around. If you’re looking to quack the code on food that’s both delicious and healthier then this is it. Better for you than most plant oils this One bucket lasts for quite some time. Which is good because to run out would be quite the mallardy. Don’t hesitate, join the flock! Absolutely love this product. 2nd year ordering the gallon bucket of pure organic tallow. It lasts our family of 4 all year long! We eat clean, fresh, organic and this product fits in well. I love the falvor cooking with the Wagyu Beef Tallows, both are a healthy<replacement for liquid oils and Criso,, shortening. containing heavy chemicals. I took a just made tortilla and made a apple pie, it was tender and delicious. The flavor and tenderness is remarkable. I bought the jar to try, then the gallon fays later. Still really love cooking with my tallow! I love how it seems to elevate the flavors of what's being cooked, even though it has a mild smell, the flavor doesn't take over when cooking. As pictured, I also like to bake with tallow. Tastes great and best when the baked good is warmed, since tallow is typically solid at room temp.

Thankful for every scoop of tallow from Fatworks!
