Customer service rep offered zero assistance in curing the defected charging cord of my suitcase and said it wasn’t under warranty and that even though it was within the 100 days, they could not accept a return on a broken product that they sent me. I received the suitcase in the mail but did not take it out to use until a month later. They did not accept the defect because I didn’t report within 7 days of receiving. I suppose its my fault for not traveling sooner.

Shipping took a really long time. Items were not sent together. Also, the sizing is not what is advertised. Incredibly small carry on. The laptop side is useless. Also, I cannot check it with a laptop or even have it valet at the gate. So I had to take my computer out anyway. Therefore, half of the carry-on was empty because I could not store anything in the computer side due to the unrealistic sizing. Will not recommend.
