I did in the last one customer service is bad. It took well over a month to get after I ordered it you said it way coming from out of the country if I new that I would have never paid that much for something that nice that took forever to get and I did not even get the color I wanted

No response to telling me anything about order and fine after reaching out 4 times finally got a response and then another 2 weeks to get it…would get my money back if I could but don’t want to mess with the hassle and no response I’m sure that would happen.

Perfect customer service and prompt shipping!

My order took longer than expected to receive it. Very few options to contact customer service. Need to add service over the phone.

So far our experience has been very disappointing. We have not received our full order, although you show it delivered. We have emailed in multiple times to the address on the website you give and responded to the delivery notification emails as you say. NO REPLY.

On the website, arrival time was estimated in 4-5 days, so I ordered well in advance of an upcoming trip to take the new bag with me. Instead it took nearly two weeks to arrive, so I wasn't able to even take the bag on the intended trip.

Your customer service is struggling. I know you guys are probably busy, but it shouldn’t take this long to get the order fixed.

I received damaged products, I emailed with pictures still have not responded to my emails.

The suitcase seems great

Customer service response wasn't great, a lot of automated emails giving mixed messages.

The product is great, the service has can definitely be better

My wife is very happy with the purchase. That being said, the shipping, while not your fault, caused my order to come in two different shipments and one had to be re-ordered because it was seized by customs. Ultimately, taking nearly 2 months to receive. By the time that the trip came up in which I ordered these items for, she only had one. The other came in the day she got back.

Took me complaining on social media for anyone to actually respond to me after trying to get in touch with someone for weeks

Never received my package!! highly disappointed and do not recommend! customer service has been unhelpful! I am having to report to my bank and go through the steps to get my money back!

Great customer service. I am in love with my new luggage.

Very upset with two missing suitcases. Customer service has not responded. Beyond frustrating with such expensive, highly rated items. I expect at least an answer or refund. I was so excited to try these suitcases as I travel a lot. Was hoping to order my husband the same set if I liked mine. No words.

I would have given 5 stars but the only issue I am having currently is that it’s taking longer than expected to receive my luggage, I have already received all other items in my order.

Still waiting for the carry on suitcase. It’s been a couple of weeks.

The two main things I wanted were on back order and I still have not received them; the carryon and the suitcase have not arrived till this date. I am very disappointed in the fact that I am going on my second trip my luggage. Today April 18, is my birthday and I though for sure I have them by known to take them on my birthday trip and nothing yet. I'm beginning to doubt that I'm going to receive them., I'm thinking of returning the things I received and ask for, my money back! its

They seem a little absent minded..

One of the Customer Service representatives told me that I could not return my luggage. So I’ve had a bad taste in my mouth since then. And then my Luggage tag has not arrived even though I ordered it weeks ago, and my trip is over.
