I was honestly skeptical. It's so convenient, I feel like I'm travelling with no bag cause I just roll through the airport. I got my carry on and I couldn’t be happier. The packaging was superb. Very well protected from impact. It was handled perfectly. The luggage is so sturdy and I couldn’t wait for my next travel to TX. Got these for my wife and I. We live in a small apartment in Brooklyn and every little bit of space counts here. We have plant pots on top of books and have to use the bottom of our bed for storage. These suitcases are a life saver, we used to have to leave our suitcases are my wife's parent's house. It took me a while to figure out all settings so I’m gonna start by letting you know… Setting the top lock using a pen to push the little button in, change the code & slide button to lock code. Wow! Absolutely LOVED this carry on!! First let me say that after a couple of mistakes, totally my fault, customer service at NOBL is phenomenally awesome in my opinion!!! No details needed but I was leaving in 3 days and this carry on held everything I needed and was so super convenient during my long layovers. I am not an "over packer" so this was perfect but if you pack a lot of stuff you wont really be able to use the external part that holds your electronics without it bulging a little bit....
