Poor communication and poor customer service. Your warranty of 100 days is false. The website I was taken to says you have to report in 7 days but it doesn’t say that in any advertisement

things I ordered came months apart from each other. I didnt get all the free stuff like the air tag that was promised yet I got the yearly subscription for free.

The weekender bag didn’t meet my expectations. The material inside feels thin and cheap. The strap being attached at the handles makes for a bad carrying experience. It needs to be attached at the corners of the bag so it doesn’t twist when you walk.

Difficulty connecting the app with the subscription. Never ended up using it because I dont like the suitcase.

I have sent messages about the $50 gift card not being accepted. I wanted to purchase the travel bag that was 2 for 1 price that compressed the clothes. I did not get a reply, and of course that offer has ended. I tried again to get just 1 of the bags and the $50 credit certificate says it is not valid. So what good is $50 credit if your site won't accept it?

Would have preferred more expedited delivery process. Also, very challenging to find ways to communicate with the company while I waited for the delivery.

Great bit for r delays and it being too big.

I wanted this luggage because it seemed cool, but nothing has been done right. It took over three months and I still have not received all the correct matching pieces. The luggage seems cheap, but I have not used it yet because of the long fulfillment. The most infuriating part of the process is that I can’t reach a live person and seem to be chatting with an AI agent via email. Once I requested a refund, the emails stopped. Despite the pretty look at the suitcase, my only advice is RUN.

Considering the price of your product, it sucks that you cannot provide any spare parts.....and it does not matter if it is structural or accessories.

Easy purchase and arrived quickly.

Absolutely the worst. I don’t recommend this company even if I got paid. It came in separate shipments. Didn’t realize first shipment that I had missing items. This company wouldn’t send the missing items. Also sent the wrong color luggage in the second shipment. Gave me a 25 dollar credit. Pretty much stole money from me

worst experience and very incompetent company that will just ship put any item without looking at the item description on the box. It's been three months and the incorrect item sent to me twice. I am leaving in one day for my trip that i ordered the product for in one day and I don't have it to use. It seemed like a great product, it's unfortunate that I won't ever get to use it. Now I can't get a response from the company.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took weeks to get an answer from them even longer to get the thing returned mediocre product. Do not buy this.

I love the promotions and coupons. After I received my carry on my husband was so impressed I got him one for Father’s Day.

No way to effectively contact you (ie no phone number; the email communication has been unhelpful) to resolve issues.

The suitcase seems cool - but a wheel broke after one use and I couldn't get the codes on the suitcase entered properly. The instructions mentioned a reset button that could not be found. So I had to use my TSA key the whole time.

The duo doesn’t work the way it is advertised.

Found that product (large case) was out of stock and on backorder after I placed my order. Waited weeks for it to arrive. I was offered the option to get an unmatched color versus the smaller case I had already received.

I am likely going to return it due to the fact the airline I use will not accept as a carry-on so not sure yet what the experience will be like.
