I ordered my luggage a month in advance for my trip, but it arrived only one day before my flight. I wasn’t informed it was out of stock until a week before I was leaving, which was frustrating. I do love the bag itself, but customer service could definitely be better with communication and updates. Also, the luggage cover came off during my flight, so I don’t think that add-on is worth purchasing. Other than that, the luggage itself is great.
