They tried, but their AI is terrible. It makes promises that no one can fulfill. 20-inch all-around expandable with included promises and gifts advertised last November. Seems so simple yet caused so many issues. Through it all, I never had a conversation with a real person. It was all by email, and I looked everywhere for a phone number and never found one. It would have changed everytrhing!
