They seem a little absent minded..

One of the Customer Service representatives told me that I could not return my luggage. So I’ve had a bad taste in my mouth since then. And then my Luggage tag has not arrived even though I ordered it weeks ago, and my trip is over.

Customer service was very helpful in handling my issues.

I did not order this subscription and would appreciate a credit for the charge you made to my credit card

They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!!!!!!!

I was so worried because the trolley gets mailed separate from the suitcase!! It came a few days after which was perfectly fine. It just freaked me out a bit. Lol

First, I ordered the large suitcase, which became unavailable, so I had to replace it with the medium suitcase. Then I received no luggage covers in my order, so I bought some on Amazon. Then you charged me for the AirTag subscription, which I DID NOT ORDER. So yeah, I would not recommend this company.

I have not received 2 check-in bags, weekender bag, 2 dust covers or e-gift card!!! What's the problem? I ordered wayyyy back on March 16th.

Never received my order

Haven’t received rest of my bundle. Kept messaging no reply. Been 3 weeks.

I’ll be sending back the mini case that I ordered because it’s too big for my purposes. I suppose they’ll be some sort of deceitful PRACTICE with that as well.

I have yet to receive my suitcase and I haven’t received good service. After emailing the company several times, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade. Seriously? No I just want what I ordered and paid for.

Customer service is horrendous!! Ordered luggage from @Nobl 3 weeks ago—received only part of my order (2 weekender bags), but still missing my check-in and carry-on. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response, yet my card was charged. Can someone provide a status update or resolution ASAP?

Shipping is too slow and communication is not so great.

Had absolutely no issues with the company, however I did not think that the suitcases would arrive in time. I received notifications that the postage had been registered with Australia Post, but the AP website indicated that they had not actually been posted. Once I followed up with nobltravel, both suitcases arrived within a couple of days.

Shopping has been fine with a few disappointing things like my 50$ gift card did not work when I tried to order the compression cubes

Still waiting on the rest of my order with no update or responses from the company.

I am still waiting over a moth for my suitcases to arrive. The free stuff came promptly but not my suitcases.

I want to send everything back didn’t open it

Want to return the carry on, but am struggling with getting a response to continue to do so

I haven’t received the rest of my order. I thought I would have had it by now.

The shipping took way to long to receive most of what was ordered.

I would not recommend buying this luggage, it is not made well. Customer service was lousy.
