The shipping was fine, just felt like the descriptions were misleading.

It took a very long time to receive my bag. The tracking is excellent but I would have likes to have known up front.

Ordered based on reviews and social and because came w guarantee. 2 weeks in I followed up as it hadn't arrived. Told it was stuck in customs. I had to keep following up. It took a month to receive- too late for my needs. When it did arrive, the quality felt cheap--and not practical carryon. Too much space devoted to laptop/etc. and not enough in main bin. In order to return I would have to pay 80-100 in shipping costs. Very disappointed in my decision to purchase.

Unacceptable delays and multiple shipments. Lack of resolution for broken hook, told to send my new bag to the airline for resolution.

I ordered my luggage a month in advance for my trip, but it arrived only one day before my flight. I wasn’t informed it was out of stock until a week before I was leaving, which was frustrating. I do love the bag itself, but customer service could definitely be better with communication and updates. Also, the luggage cover came off during my flight, so I don’t think that add-on is worth purchasing. Other than that, the luggage itself is great.

My bag took over 7 weeks and several emails before it arrived. When it arrived, it was fantastic.

I ordered two of the carry-on/weekender specials (one in midnight blue and one in blush), and I still haven't received the blush-colored weekender bag -- and yet, your system is showing that it was delivered. It was not. I've received all other pieces of the overall order #586566 EXCEPT the blush weekender. I've tried to contact you several times to get this resolved and have not received any reply. Can someone at your company help me?

Customer service - SUCKS

It took a while to get it.

The delivery notices and updates were received out of order, items arriving ahead of each other. The shipment details were not detailed enough to expect arrival.

Where is my luggage? Customer service is terrible. Says in stock and then ships a luggage tag and water bottle.

Don't want to give good rating. I did for the very first set. The second set I didnt receive the overnight piece. The 3rd set still haven't received the Check-in piece.

We love the product but communication with NOBL leaves a lot to be desired.

Customer service is a joke. I asked immediately after opening it to return the item and I have been getting the run around for 2 weeks now. First it's offers of discounts, then it's telling me how much it will cost me to return it now it is just crickets -- no response. I'm about ready to tell Apple and ask them to help me out in getting a refund and an RMA number to return it.
