I need to return this item. There is zero customer service

After I ordered the piece, I was informed the color was out of stock. Delivery was way too long. I should have been informed the item was out of stock during the ordering process.

Just got a tag and water bottle and small bag never got my actual large pieces worth something?

Should not take over a month to receive all items.

The carry on suitcase I ordered was tied up in customs for some time. Too bad I had to wait for it. I originally understood that the suitcase would be shipped from Las Vegas and no wait would be necessary.

Very slow shipping and sets are apparently shipped partially. I received a few accessory pieces but I really need the larger items I ordered.

They should have canceled of my order with length of time and not disclosing it was coming from another country with possibility of getting stuck in customs

I had issues with my original order. However, Nobl did their best to accommodate me because I was traveling. My ALL-IN-ONE Expandable Carry-On the charging outlets DO NOT WORK. I need a replacement.

Never got my luggage

Issue with the initial product I ordered being in stock, customer service upgraded to a more expensive item free of charge for the inconvenience. Would recommended to anyone.

My overall experience has been frustrating. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received my carry-on or a clear shipping update. Initially, I was told my order had shipped, but then received a follow-up saying it was delayed in customs, which created confusion from the start. Getting run around to receive return label and instructions.

The shipping was delayed and the 2 Noble air was missing.

I bought two bags, but only received one. I upgraded my order to get the missing one faster, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! AND MY TRIP IS ON THE 27TH OF APRIL!

TBD. I ordered a Carry-On in orange, after weeks of waiting i was told I would not get it any time soon because of logistics. I was offered an upgrade(Aluminum), I took the upgrade and received it. In my opinion it was not was not an upgrade at all. It had none of the options that attracted me to your product in the first place. I'm sure you know what I am referring too. I requested a exchange for my first order. I have returned it and was notified I will get my suitcase soon.

There were a few shipping problems but all were resolved and I received my order and love it!

Still haven’t received most of my order from over a month ago, but I got charged for the air tag on time. Can’t use it though cause I don’t have my luggage.

Customer service is very poor.

I did in the last one customer service is bad. It took well over a month to get after I ordered it you said it way coming from out of the country if I new that I would have never paid that much for something that nice that took forever to get and I did not even get the color I wanted

No response to telling me anything about order and fine after reaching out 4 times finally got a response and then another 2 weeks to get it…would get my money back if I could but don’t want to mess with the hassle and no response I’m sure that would happen.

So far our experience has been very disappointing. We have not received our full order, although you show it delivered. We have emailed in multiple times to the address on the website you give and responded to the delivery notification emails as you say. NO REPLY.

On the website, arrival time was estimated in 4-5 days, so I ordered well in advance of an upcoming trip to take the new bag with me. Instead it took nearly two weeks to arrive, so I wasn't able to even take the bag on the intended trip.

Your customer service is struggling. I know you guys are probably busy, but it shouldn’t take this long to get the order fixed.
