I have had a great experience with one of the customer service Ray Williams. It has been a back and forth email between myself and Ray on several orders. He has been wonderful at providing me with detail information on my orders and highlighting important info on the email exchange. Additionally he was able to offer me a free 6 piece travel bag with the two All in One luggage I purchased. Great customer service is one reason I may put additional orders in the future

I have appealed customer service on numerous occasions and they reply was well it says delivered so sorry you’re out a few hundred dollars for no reason other than their thieves in the world. I have no desire to receive free merchandise. I just want the suitcase de paid several hundred dollars to purchase after having already made one purchase and been happy with the quality they refusal to even entertain a discounted or another suitcase to replace the one that is missing just totally turned me
