I want my carry on I paid for. Nobody can give me anymore updates on it. I had an update on March 25 it was stuck in customs and haven’t heard anything else

The delivery took way longer than I ever expected. I would not have purchased it had stated anywhere how long it would take to be delivered. One of the pieces that I thought I was ordering comes without the pocket on the front. I don’t want it. Another complaint is that I ordered the Nobl air and that they started charging from day one but my suitcase still isn’t here yet. Maybe that will get delivered before the next trip. I’m not I’m not hopeful however. At this point, I just want a full refun

can't get any updates, and have never received my order

I loved everything about purchasing my luggage (which I had been watching for awhile). There was a hiccup about receiving my entire order; but the company swiftly resolved it.

Going back and forth with your customer team on the wrong luggage being said I’m getting upgraded luggage and you send me all wrong colors basic luggage that I can get from anywhere it’s ridiculous

I accidentally ordered two suitcases. I immediately contacted the company and was told my second order could not be cancelled and I should contact customer service after delivery. I again contacted them after delivery. I got an automated response saying an agent would receive my request and respond. A week later, still no response. These are expensive products so waiting weeks to get return instructions is ridiculous!

Bought a set one 2 suit cases in the same color and one came in wrong color.

Horrible customer service, lies about where you bags are so they can send you a lesser version and claim it’s an “upgrade”. Offered me 15% back on my order for the inconvenience and then never sent it and stopped responding to emails. Was too late to cancel the entire order so I’m stuck with these smaller than usual bags for an outrageous price. Do not recommend.

Terrible experience ! I paid for the Easter bundle and never received the bigger items like my weekender, carry on and the medium luggage. I order on April 1st and received only the cubes and the water bottle. No one seems to be responding. I have reached out several times . I’m so disappointed as I needed my luggage for my upcoming trips. I’m leaving for the airport without Nobl that I have paid a $1000.00 for and I have no idea when and if I receive it.

I never received it. It took almost 2 months. I could see my luggage. Customer service is sucks. !!! Never received my gift card. I checked my email and it’s not there.

My original order was caught in customs for multiple weeks. It wasn’t until I reached out to inquire about my order status that I was offered the all in one expanded option. I didn’t like that feature but chose it so that my monies wasn’t tied up.

Takes forever to get response and to get your product

I haven’t received the suitcases I ordered just the package bags that go inside a tumbler and name tag. That’s it

Y’all’s customer service sucks to the most highest level possible. We refuse to spend another penny on your products as we refuse to support a company which doesn’t care about it’s customers and customer base!

Not good communication with customer

Contacted customer service multiple times, receive different answers. They do not back their word on returns or refunds and try to push an exchange for another item even after you tell them you’re not interested.

My order is incomplete! I have reached out several times with no response from you all.

Never received the gift cards that were part of the offer. Sent an email to customer service, no response.

other than waiting for someone to respond properly about what is to be done about our missing product that we've paid for...it was great up until this point.

Still waiting for the rest of my order My suitcases - check in all in one 28” Carry on all in one 2 luggage covers Weekender bag Dust cover for weekender 3x NOBL Air it’s going on two weeks since I placed the order & asked for additional tracking details 3x’s fo the items above with no response. So my experience hasn’t been great - buyers beware!
