You sent me then wrong color carry on then put all the responsibility on me to get it corrected. So instead of have a matching carry on and 28" case now 8 have a sage one and a blue one. That bugs me. The quality is great and I do like them. Just disappointed with the mess up and how it was handeled.

Long story! Poor communication on back order.. too much upselling at checkout. Scam on the $50 ecard.. force customers to spend $100 to redeem the ecard. I will probably return both luggage. Not even sure how to go about returning the luggage. Hard to contact CS.. the phone number on ur site doesn’t work. Daniel the owner emailed me but didn’t keep his word on the ecard..
