My order took months to arrive though when I ordered the estimated arrival time was 3-7 days. I attempted to cancel my order after a month and was unable to. And now have been waiting over 10 days for customer service to inform me how to start a return. There is a 100 day window from delivery to make a return. I’m not confident I will have the info needed before the return window closes.

The website was easy to navigate, the checkout process was seamless, and overall, the travel suitcase and packing cubes I ordered looked great! My only minor complaint was that the quality check process took longer than expected, and I was a little worried that my bag would not arrive within the timeframe I needed. While quality checks are a great idea on an expensive product, they shouldn't take over two weeks.
