I'd think that shipping would be much faster. I ordered on 12/29 and I didn't rcv the order until 02/05. And I only received it when I did bc I reached out to customer service all but begging to get my items before I had to travel again on 02/09. I understand not everything is 2day shipping, but over a month is unreasonable. I will give accolades to the customer service team. I don't think I waited an hour to get a response and they were very helpful. If it weren't for them you'd get 1 star

Minus not getting the gift card. I thought I would've gotten one per luggage i purchased since that's what the website kind of leads you to believe until you get to checkout, but I was ultimately fine with just the one, but I never received that one either. So I give 2 stars because the luggage does look great. We will finally be using then this weekend. Maybe I'll update it to 4 after the weekend.

I love my All-in-one carry-on! The red color is bright and pretty. The front, laptop pocket is convenient for small flat items, but if there are any bulky items, the cover bulges. The latches are great! It does seem to hold less then my other cheaper carry-ons but overall it is a good suitcase. The wheel roll very smoothly!
