Was so easy to shop for this perfect weekender bag. Able to see pictures of the inside and all the pockets come in super handy.

I have reached out 5 times for an update regarding a piece of luggage ordered 30 days ago and never received. Seems as though the company is all about the sale, with absolutely NO regard to customer service after.

Great service I received one of two carryons the wrong color and there response was very positive to correct the issue

Wrong color was sent from my original order. Then I was told my credit would be refunded back $50. Also gift card code does work and I never received 3 nobl air tags. 🏷️

There was definitely a miscommunication

I ordered this suitcase in November (Terracotta) along with the carry-on. The two were split during shipping, and the checked bag was somehow delivered over 30 miles from my address. What followed was over four months of chasing this company for a resolution—20+ emails, a credit card dispute, and even the need to threaten a BBB complaint—just to get a replacement for something that was never my mistake. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. There is no phone support, so you’re forced to

Easy and quick

paid for express shipping and it hasn’t been shipped in a month with no promise date. Money has already been paid and no person to talk to. All automated bullshit.

The reason I gave it four stars is because not only did I get numerous and numerous emails, but it took a long time to get my carry all in one. But now that I’ve received it it’s all good.

I want my carry on I paid for. Nobody can give me anymore updates on it. I had an update on March 25 it was stuck in customs and haven’t heard anything else

The delivery took way longer than I ever expected. I would not have purchased it had stated anywhere how long it would take to be delivered. One of the pieces that I thought I was ordering comes without the pocket on the front. I don’t want it. Another complaint is that I ordered the Nobl air and that they started charging from day one but my suitcase still isn’t here yet. Maybe that will get delivered before the next trip. I’m not I’m not hopeful however. At this point, I just want a full refun

I loved everything about purchasing my luggage (which I had been watching for awhile). There was a hiccup about receiving my entire order; but the company swiftly resolved it.

Going back and forth with your customer team on the wrong luggage being said I’m getting upgraded luggage and you send me all wrong colors basic luggage that I can get from anywhere it’s ridiculous

I accidentally ordered two suitcases. I immediately contacted the company and was told my second order could not be cancelled and I should contact customer service after delivery. I again contacted them after delivery. I got an automated response saying an agent would receive my request and respond. A week later, still no response. These are expensive products so waiting weeks to get return instructions is ridiculous!

Bought a set one 2 suit cases in the same color and one came in wrong color.

Horrible customer service, lies about where you bags are so they can send you a lesser version and claim it’s an “upgrade”. Offered me 15% back on my order for the inconvenience and then never sent it and stopped responding to emails. Was too late to cancel the entire order so I’m stuck with these smaller than usual bags for an outrageous price. Do not recommend.

Terrible experience ! I paid for the Easter bundle and never received the bigger items like my weekender, carry on and the medium luggage. I order on April 1st and received only the cubes and the water bottle. No one seems to be responding. I have reached out several times . I’m so disappointed as I needed my luggage for my upcoming trips. I’m leaving for the airport without Nobl that I have paid a $1000.00 for and I have no idea when and if I receive it.

I never received it. It took almost 2 months. I could see my luggage. Customer service is sucks. !!! Never received my gift card. I checked my email and it’s not there.

My original order was caught in customs for multiple weeks. It wasn’t until I reached out to inquire about my order status that I was offered the all in one expanded option. I didn’t like that feature but chose it so that my monies wasn’t tied up.
