shopping was easy. delivery--because of customs issues--was not. but i was kept in the loop during the delay.

Paid in March still no luggage

Customer service response can be improved a bit. It took them a few days to respond to my e-mail when I was just trying to follow-up the status for the rest of my order. But they did respond eventually and was able to answer my question, and I really appreciate that. I also wish there is a customer service telephone number customers can call and get a live person to talk to instead of sending an email and waiting for a response.

NOBODY WILL ADDRESS THIS ISSUE OR WILL SEND ME MY $79.00 WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD. I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE FULL SUITCASE, THE INSIDE CONTAINERS TO USE INSIDE. AFTER BEING TREATED THIS WAY I DON'T KNOW IF IN THE FUTURE IF I WILL BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOU!!!!!! YOU DON'T TREAT GOOD CUSTOMERS THAT WAY. ALSO I DON'T WANT DISCOUNTS BECAUSE I GAVE YOU CASH..... Cannot recommend. Emails did not receive responses. Customer service non existent shared that I had to purchase another piece of luggage because of delays with the one I ordered. They offered $50 off my next order. Sent multiple emails with no response except two AI responses that in no way helped

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with NOBL luggage. While the company may technically mark orders as “shipped” quickly, my luggage arrived in multiple separate shipments over the course of nearly two months before I finally had all of the pieces I ordered. It felt misleading because the order appeared fulfilled long before everything actually arrived. To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee of over $100 for a service I was never clearly informed about.

your website has misleading and false information about actual bag size.

I ordered a carry-on in Florida was thought it would be there in three days months later it finally came and I had to pay to ship it back to New Jersey cause I was no longer in Florida and I got it was in the wrong color and then received a second large check in bag I did not order three months later the bag finally wanted went to Florida and I’ll have to pay to ship that one home I paid for each peicehigh dollar individually and how I see you can get the whole set for the price of one piece

TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Did not receive although NOBL claims it was delivered. I ordered the luggage combo about six weeks ago and have received no luggage just a couple of air tings. Now NOBL charged me $173 more for an air tags subscription which I did not order or authorize. WHAT A SCAM!

I wanted a roller bag to replace my Samsonite pull along bag., so I purchased the expanding one. It does not have as much space as my Samsonite, but I was able to make it work with compression cubes I purchased from Amazon, as your $50 gift card could not be used to purchase your cubes. I liked the handling of the roller bag. I will have to add a small bag to put under the seat for the extras that don't fit in this bag. I decided to keep it, as it appears I would not be able to return it anyway.

The shopping experience was also really good and made the whole process easy.

The company feels like a scam. Permanent fake discounts, discount offers that do not work. Lies about shipping. Claims for 3-5 day day shipping, actual shipping closer to 3-4 weeks. While waiting they'll make sure to spam you with marketing emails constantly to buy more items constantly, and then once you get the item you'll be constantly pestered to rate the item. The actual luggage was decent, but I never want to deal with this company again.

Your customer service sucks! 1 month from initial order, still have not received my complete order and no actual follow up on anything. Just a BS email with no resolution, just useless words.

Communication is almost nonexistent or false. I didn’t receive part of my order and have yet to receive it after numerous email. You can’t call anyone and you can’t cancel your AirTag subscription. I’ll have to cancel my card.

Quit sending emails that say you order is arriving and doesn't. Wasn't sure I was ever going to get my carry-on. Got the weekender within 10 days, but the "free " gifts never arrived despite me emailing them. Lots of excuses, no results.

There was a small delay in the shipping and delivery communication but as soon as I reached out to the support team they were responsive and very helpful and tracked my delivery quickly!

Because customer service told me that my first order didn't exist. I created a second order and so now I have double the amount of luggage I need. So now I have to work with customer service to get it returned and it's very frustrating to have to deal with.
