Unfortunately, my experience buying the product was not good, even though it arrived. I had to send several emails, and no one had a solution for my case. I received the product, and the person who was assisting me via email had no idea about the status of my case until I informed them that I had received it. To be clear, my problem was with the delivery and the time it took to receive it. I haven't used the product itself yet.

I like this company. They stand by their products. I ordered the 28" bag and on my first trip using it, the middle latch wouldn't stay closed. I contacted the company upon my return, and they requested a picture or video. I sent it and within a day I heard back from them that my suitcase qualified for replacement. I had to send it back to them, but my new case arrived promptly. I was very pleased.

I Love my luggage - I bought two suitcases, and then weekender bag and the packing cases.. Felt dissapointed when they then had special deal to get all the perks of what I purchased just a few short weeks later..
