I never received the bags I ordered, was told they are stuck in customs & was offered to exchange my order for something already in the US. I waited a couple weeks & decided to take up that offer & when I did, it was only for the carry-on, not the larger bag. That’s when I decided to cancel the order & request a refund. The customer service person wasn’t very helpful & ultimately transferred my request to another department. If I am not satisfied, I’ll contact the bank for assistance.
