Took weeks to receive the luggage and then was not anything I expected. Poor quality.

The luggage is beautiful. I didn’t get the 2nd $50 gift card. I can’t wait to give my nieces their birthday gifts.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had!

Ive pick the right size and send me the wrong size I wanted a carry-on bag because I travels light . Please send me a correct size ( carry-on)

See previous statement of not having either of my orders fulfilled that were placed on 3/15. Yet when looking at the website, it says the items and colors I ordered are in stock to ship.

It took a while to receive the carry on and I am still waiting to receive the check-in bag

An absolute scam! Never received the carry-on. I ordered after seeing it plastered all over social media! Can’t believe I fell for this fucking joke.

I never received the bags I ordered, was told they are stuck in customs & was offered to exchange my order for something already in the US. I waited a couple weeks & decided to take up that offer & when I did, it was only for the carry-on, not the larger bag. That’s when I decided to cancel the order & request a refund. The customer service person wasn’t very helpful & ultimately transferred my request to another department. If I am not satisfied, I’ll contact the bank for assistance.

My suitcase was delayed but they were helpful and went me a free luggage tag and air tag. And suitcase came faster than was predicted!

I haven’t received anything!

Extremely poor. One item did not come, the main item, all in one carry one was shipped incorrectly and the customer service did not address the problem properly and timely. I ended up cancelling my order. I have not gotten my refund up to now from an order that was originally placed early March.

Horrible fraudulent service. Never delivered my travel luggage box. I need my money back. This is not gonna happen.

My suitcase never showed up.

My situation was not handled properly. Customer Service is trying to make it up to me, and I appreciate it, but the entire experience has been too little, too late.

Nobltravel went above and beyond to ensure I received top of industry service.

In a month I have still not received everything and did not get the suitcase protectors or the $50 e-gift card I was supposed to receive

While attempting to work with your service team they continue to delay and prolong the interactions/fixes. With the prices you charge, this is truly ridiculous. I may have to report this whole thing as a scam because that’s how this is currently feeling.

Easy ordering online

Never received what I have most likely already paid for.

SO easy to work with this website. Delivery was quick as promised.

Shipping took a long time. No free returns for such expensive products.
