The customer service is absolutely terrible. I purchased a set of luggage and it took several weeks for everything to arrive. It took so long that the person went back to school. Your Customer Service takes forever to communicate with and I was told that I would have to pay to ship everything back, even though it took forever to receive everything. Buyer beware, this is not worth it. And the carry-on size is actually bigger than most airlines allow

It was fine. I think that you need to look at your merchandising and marketing departments. I think that you oversell because your pictures certainly show your bags looking larger than they are. They’re actually quite small.
