The return process is ridiculous. Emailing is useless. Takes days for someone to answer and never get satisfaction. I have never experienced worse customer service.

I spent a ton of money choosing very intentional luggage after a lot of research. I received the wrong bag and have tried to return my bag. I have emailed customer service three times about the fact that I received the incorrect bag and I have not gotten a response. It’s been two weeks and crickets. I would absolutely not recommend working with this company given their lack of responsiveness and follow through to handle issues that occurred on their end.

Slow response to emails and inquires. Did not receive product original ordered and waited more than a 6 weeks for alternative and still have not received it. Ordered specifically for a trip that has come and gone and if not received soon second trip will be missed. Color is very light nothing like the pictures. Will show dirt very easily. Disappointed overall.

Too expensive

Hard to get ahold of anyone. If you do they have no answers and ignore the issues.

Feels like a scam

One piece was missing and when I got then to believe me and requested that they look at the cam photo that the couriers take to prove that I received two and not three pieces they finally sent the missing piece now that I have it all I am very pleased

No customer service. I had to file a BBB to get response. Originally wanted to return but we tripa scheduled I had no other choice but to use this luggage. Customer service ZERO attentiveness

Poor customer service. I ordered my items on March 8, received a partial shipment, and now my inquiries regarding the rest of my shipment are being ignored. 5 weeks with no item and poor customer service is so disappointing. I ordered these items well in advance of my international trip, but I won’t have them in time. Terribly disappointed.

Great discount and super fast shipping

I receive tons of ads seeking more business but no notice on when I will receive what I ordered. Poor service. I love the items I did receive though.

On line purchase was so easy and no delay

Never received any of the covers for the luggage other the the soft side travel carryon. Never received any of the warranty paperwork, never received the "air-tag" never received any of the other baggage covers and still have not received the all In one hard side carry on nor have I received the 28" check in bag.

Great service very prompt delivery amazing set of luggage

I have not received the large luggage, and the free leather luggage tag. Would not recommend.

Quick fast ordering partial fast delivery!

The communication has been terrible. I’m missing half of my order and I’ve reached out several times and have heard nothing back. It’s getting very frustrating and concerning because I paid for the whole order and have followed up via email, text, and chat box but haven’t heard anything back. I looked at the BBB and the reviews are making me even more concerned. All I want is an update and confirmation that I’ll get my order and a realistic update not just a generic update. My order is 560063.

The suitcase isn’t near the quality build I expected

Took weeks to receive the luggage and then was not anything I expected. Poor quality.

No response from customer service when trying to return.

Cannot get contact with anyone

The luggage is beautiful. I didn’t get the 2nd $50 gift card. I can’t wait to give my nieces their birthday gifts.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had!

Ive pick the right size and send me the wrong size I wanted a carry-on bag because I travels light . Please send me a correct size ( carry-on)
