I am sharing three stars because the suitcase is great, don’t get me wrong. However the customer service is horrible and it also took them almost a month to ship out my order when it said it would ship out within a week. I had to email them more than three times and until I said that I would report it to my bank as fraud that’s when they finally responded.

Read my last comment. Same thought here. Only thing I would change is that I would give you 0 stars if that was an option. Do better.

Missing 4 items. Takes days for someone to respond back. Spent over $1600 and customer service is poor

Horrible shipping and customer service. You will get bot responses and ghosted for weeks even though it says “express” delivery.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service, especially in a bag that I absolutely loved and thought it was great quality

They said fast shipping in days. Now weeks and still waiting for my main order.

The nobltravel website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was fast. The only complaint I have is that the code for my $50 gift card was the same for three of the orders I placed, and was not accepted when I tried to use it. I honestly expected three different gift cards/codes.

Customer service was fairly timely and considerate. Maybe it's the US tariffs and political climate that caused my bags made in China that took so long to get to me. But they look good and I can't wait to break them in. I was just getting really concerned for a while that I got ripped off because these bags aren't cheap and I didn't have a tracking number for 3 weeks. Also it took 6 weeks for my luggage to me which was not at all what was advertised. That was the most concerning part.

Also never received my compression bags as well.. I got the water bottle and the air pump it is too hard to even work … disappointing.. I need compression bags afraid they got stolen before delivered .

Easy ordering process. Delivered as promised…. Just in time for scheduled travel. Rolling through the airport was a breeze.

Terrible customer service.

customer service held a shipment for me as I was traveling and there was nobody to receive it. They were very accomodating and I highly recommend the products and customer service.

I ordered the lilac and waited well over a month. They said it wasn’t clearing customs so had to settle for a different color

Ease of site was great. Only issue I had was that shipping took forever. I didn’t receive products until well after 2 weeks from my expected delivery date.

Still missing my large suitcase. Have sent 2 emails with no reply

Suitcase was out of stock ca kept in touch with me once available my purchase was sent to me with in 3 days.
