I had originally purchased the carry on without the expandable option; it’s what I wanted. Ultimately, I was advised the carry on I wanted was sold out so I the expandable version was recommended. I spent a ton of money choosing very intentional luggage after a lot of research. I received the wrong bag and have tried to return my bag. I have emailed customer service three times about the fact that I received the incorrect bag and I have not gotten a response. It’s been two weeks and crickets. I would absolutely not recommend working with this company given their lack of responsiveness and follow through to handle issues that occurred on their end.
