Shipping policies were arrogant and by that I specifically mean that you ship UPS, but wouldn’t deliver to a UPS store where I get my mail and which will accept packages for me, including US mail FedEx and of course they’re on UPS deliveries. Instead, your website wouldn’t accept it. I actually gave up the first time and went back and had it sent to a friend‘s place. I find this high handed an annoying. Your AI does not know better than the customers sorry.
