I honestly prefer to speak with a person regarding the confusion on the order I placed.. I have referred so many people about how much I love your product as far as suitcases. Whenever I reached out regarding an issue I had with the color of the weekender bag I received all of a sudden I never heard anything back. I asked for a phone call and even sent my number. Even if I received a text that would have helped. Now I am stuck with a weekender bag that I will never use.

The luggage seems nice and I’m excited to use it. The online experience is the worst ever. They make it extremely difficult to find tracking numbers, contact customer service, apply codes, etc. Yes, I downloaded the SHOP app. Not helpful. I’d rather buy a different product than fight through this online experience again. I don’t yet have an opinion about the company or the product. Hopefully they put all of their investment into the product. Time will tell.

I wasn’t notified that the 28” luggage was on back order. After my investigation of this non delivery I found that this was on back order. They could not tell me when it would be delivered. (It is still being sold on their website as deliverable within 8-10 days.) There is no phone number for customer service only emails. The company did not respond to my first email.

Zero customer service. This company is a huge scam. Don’t order from them. Their products and customer service are very poor. I’ll never shop here again and will be telling all my friends and family the same. I’ve tried to reach out to return my order since it was on a huge delay. No one is responding. Customer service has been frustrating to say the least. It been months since I ordered and PAID in full and still don't have everything I have paid for. Was sent the wrong color on one of my products and I was told if I want to correct product I need to send the wrong one back on my dime. I didn't make the mistake why should I pay for it. It took months to get other things. I am on Month 4 and still don't have everything. Would not recommend due to the LACK of customer service.
