Was offered a $100 off, if accepted phone text. The link was expired when I got it so couldn't get the $100 off. Also was guarenteed $100 off with the spin wheel. It said it would automatically be applied at check out. Went thru check out and it wasn't appiled so ended up paying in full. When I complained, they said there was nothingthey could do. I requested a $100 back. Said they couldn't do it. Very frustraing. Just something to lure you in. Otherwise, luggage is luggage.

Your website makes it sound very easy to return something. It is not easy to return an item from a bundled package. The luggage is very heavy compared to other luggage. It would be helpful to include the weight in the description. Being more transparent with the customer would be helpful.
