I can't reach any kind of customer service except AI. I placed my order on March 31st. I received my weekender bag, and water bottle fairly quickly. But the carry on suitcase seems to be a problem. There is a message to contact customer care, but there is no way to do that. If the color is the problem, I will change it and exchange the other two deliveries. Leaving in 10 days. If I can't find out what is happening I will be forced to cancel my order and make a return. Please help
