Shipping wa reasonable but the suitcases seem very flimsy and potentially not strong enough to withstand normal TSA handling. The sand color is much lighter than I expected. It’s actually just off white. Will show a lot of dirt I am sure. I read there is a restocking fee and difficulty with returns. That is NOT good customer service.

Be more transparent in your return policy. I was told that I have to pay for returns myself. It’s nowhere in your website, I looked everywhere for it. When one of your agents sent me the link for it, I received a “404” error message. Poor customer service in my opinion.
