I love the portion of my order I received. However, I had no idea there would be such a long wait for the majority of it.

I have not received my Carry-on and no one has got back to me and tell me where the products it’s if the delivery not possible please do the refund.

Bait and switch—plain and simple. I paid for a no-zipper carry-on and a 28" no-zipper checked suitcase in midnight blue. After waiting two weeks, I finally got the carry-on… and it wasn’t even what I ordered. They sent a zippered version—and it looks like a cheaper model than what I paid for. Bags are great but the slick charges are not.

The shopping is fine. The customer service is terrible. If you have an issue, they take forever to respond. When you do finally hear anything, they tell you they will resolve it and then it’s just crickets. I am still waiting for a response to my emails from last week! I will never recommend NOBL to anyone!

Delay in shipping, poor communication and the bag itself feels very flimsy….hopefully it holds up during our trip.

We had a problem with my suitcase being on back order. I selected a different one but got no response for weeks. Then somebody finally got back to me and I’m thinking the problem was going to be resolved on April 11th and I told them my trip was the following Thursday. The assured me the suitcase was express shipped and would reach me before my trip. My suitcase never got to me I had to go buy another suitcase. This is absolutely ridiculous the delayed response time and never getting my suitcase

I never got my nobl air tag

I ordered my suitcases and it took 3 weeks to get them. I had to buy different ones for an upcoming trip. When I notified your customer service for help in tracking they we not helpful at all, claiming they couldn't find my order, though refused to refund as they stated my order was processed, and that I would be transferred to a different department only to never hear from anyone.

It isnt good at all.. Your company lacks in customer service and oncet he product is sold you do not respond.

The site was easy to navigate, and the bag was simple to purchase

It was very easy to order on line. The products I received were very well packaged. Fast service. I got the medium check in suitcase, carry on suitcase and the carry on bag. Very well made.
