False advertising! You have to read to fine print first then emails only. Returning the luggage was not easy at all. Several emails saying the same thing and never stating how to return. Only want you to keep it then offer 10% off as if that would convince someone to keep it instead of returning. They don’t stand behind there statements.

I would not purchase again. I regret the purchase I’ve made. The luggage is very poor quality. It feels cheap and thin. The color of the luggage isn’t vibrant it is very bland. The 28” bag was stuck in customs for weeks. Never again.

Customer service felt manipulative. Bag never came (shipment was arbitrarily cancelled with no notice or communication.) Chat option on the site is useless. Email only is acceptable if agents actually have/use conversation history- repeating myself is quite irritating.
