The emails I received said the packages would arrive later than promised and I had to leave on vacation before their arrival making the purchase unnecessary. I spoke to Brody at customer service who said he would cancel the order and refund me when you received the return but since I never received them and I don’t know where they are, I imagine they are in limbo. received emails saying they arrived when they had not. I will be contacting Amex to refuse payment to you.

Not easy to get a hold of a person. This is the second time purchasing luggage. Extremely happy with the first piece ordered as well as its performance. However the problems (and lack of communication) this time around are enough to not recommend this company. Responses have been limited and still do not have insight on when the bag will arrive. Instead I was charged for an annual subscription for an air tag that is worthless. Want to cancel and return.
