No customer service

Horrible customer service. No one will get back to me about the carry-on I purchased, which came with a broken lock.

I had a problem with the terracotta color. It seemed more pink than I wanted. This was quickly and generously rectified. I now have two beautiful green pieces that I love!

Finding the next addition to my set is easy on your site.

Shipping wasn’t smooth. Customer service didn’t really seem to concerned about moving it along, they responded about an order being delivered already that wasn’t mine. I ordered sand colored cubes they provided info on an orange suitcase.

I am very disappointed in this company. I was excited to try this luggage combo set and received my carry-on luggage one month late. They never communicated with that my luggage was going to be delayed. And when my luggage arrived, I no longer needed. I am sending all of my items back.!!!

Good... I ordered during a big sale and things were not delivered on the dates indicated on the order page... But they are now in transit.

Still do not have my order. Lack of communication is hard to comprehend - I have my own business...

It was easy buying and receiving this order.

My substituted case arrived, and the lock does not work. Have contacted customer service 3 times, each time I get told that I will be contacted in 24-48 hours, and the contact never happens. $260 for a bag that will not open, so it is not useable.

Order not received. No customer service. Terrible company. Will deny charges.

My product hasn’t arrived and no one emails me back.

I never received my suitcases . I ask for help to have it either ship or re imbursed and still don’t got an answer . I will definitely ask my bank to make an investigation

I have not had any experience and asked for cancellation but I have been charged and not refunded when I asked for cancellation. Nothing but a rip off.

Suitcases still not shipped. Not answering emails concerning status of products. Order all powered blue color and half the items are mint green.

I am very unsatisfied with my order, I ordered it and waited for over 3 weeks without receiving it or a response, I only received a response when I initiated a dispute on with my bank for the product I did not receive which totaled over $700. This was supposed to be an anniversary present to my significant other which has been ruined due to the lack of communication or care this company has shown. I’m highly disappointed and unsatisfied and will tell everyone I can about this experience and to not to do business with this company.

The pricing structure is confusing. One wonders if you are getting the best price. Even after ordering a different package may have suited my needs better.

Bait and switch—plain and simple. I paid for a no-zipper carry-on and a 28" no-zipper checked suitcase in midnight blue.
