Good service, product shipped with no damage.

Great and easy experience, having purchased 1700 Aio system

Very pleased, telephone support was great. We were missing some instructions with delivery and them emailed to us and my husband had a couple of questions which were answered. I’m wondering if I can get a water test now. I had it done independently before we put your system in so I never did get my free test. Can I get it now. Please direct me. Thank you, Kathleen

No one told me that my water would turn black.

They were honest and very helpful in determining what system I needed.

Same reason- why wouldn’t you credit back the cancellation order that was never shipped?? So that I paid for 2 test kits for only receiving one?!?

Product did not come with quick connect hoses. Locating them on the website was no easy task. The ones we ended up purchasing don’t fit our machine, and customer service sent 1 rather than 2. Still waiting on the 2nd hose.

I was sold on a product that I was told it’s so easy to install. I could probably do it myself. That was their first lie my handyman couldn’t even do it so get ready to hire a plumber unless you are one. And my sales representative switched from one person to the other after I purchased the system. I’m having a bad experience with this company.
