The product arrived on time per the shedule provided, it was in great shape suffering no damage the Christmas Holidays. I installed it myself and it was straight forward. We purchased and installed the Echo Pro Softener (32K with 1 CF Aquafine) and the SoftPro Eco AIO Iron Filter (1 CF Katalox Lite) in September 2025. Our well water tested at 16 GPG hardness, 4 PPM iron, and 0.56 mg/L manganese. Within 3–4 days, the water had no taste, no color, and was very soft. The entire system was very easy to Install using the flex hose kit (an additional item to order). The installation time, included cutting two copper pipes, took about an hour (after unboxing the system components) for about 1.5 people's effort. This system replaced an existing softener so there was no additional plumbing required. The overall experience was excellent. Kristine Solayo was extremely helpful in selecting a softener as close as possible to the same size and plumbing configurations as the one we were replacing. I replaced a water softener that was installed when our house was built to remove iron from our well water. It never worked very effectively. Our well water is actually fairly soft, but has excess iron. I installed the AIO Iron Master Katalox Water Filter and Viqua VH410 Home Stainless Steel UltraViolet Water Disinfection System. Overall, I'm very happy with the filter. I had issues at first and because the filter was on its side during shipping, a good amount of media got into my piping and clogged my sink up. I later found the small note later in the manual about backwashed to reclassify the media... after I backwashed with about 20 gallons, it behaved as expected and it's been in service since.
