I had to request the UV cover for the unit and the service department got it to me right away. That was awesome!!!!

The system only came with 90° connections. That should’ve been more clear when ordering.

All my questions were answered so I could make the correct choice of filter I needed.

The only problem I had is trying to program the machine which took at least two or three times when I made phone calls and your AI mode is not clear enough to do that so once I got a human being and we walked through it step-by-step everything worked out fairly well thank you

My item was delivered quickly and when I asked question about the warranties for the product, it was answered promptly. So far very happy.

I texted with SoftPro personnel to have my questions answered, and they were helpful.

The system was received quickly and at a good value. Installation per the manual went well withj no issues other than what I already described in this survey.

Had a little trouble getting the head back in because FedEx laid it on its side and the media got stuck up inside and pulled the rod up

Just customer service never helped.

Called about water staying in my salt bin. Got a lady that told me to move my float down but couldn’t hear her because her dogs wouldn’t quit barking in the background. Moved the float down and still have water in my salt bin after doing everything she said.

The system seems to work great so far. The water is much clearer, removing most of the iron. It uses a really large amount of water to backwash, so I had to run drainage to prevent erosion.

Not great at all. Outdated manual sent with the product - it caused thousands of dollars in damages at my house. Customer care fairly unresponsive. It’s been over a week, still awaiting response

Got bad information from tech, gave them the model number of existing and they told me the size for the replacement. The size they told me was too big for my flow rate.I have to buy another smaller one after buying the larger one at the tech’s direction Love the product but now have to buy the correct size. Wasted money on the wrong size, have to purchase another one and pay for a plumber again

They were very easy to work with. Website was very clear on what to order. We did need to speak with Customer Service - they responded quickly and thorough to make sure our issue was resolved.

The packaging could be better although we understand the logistics.

I bought the water softener. When I was ordering, I had an option to add this Quick Connect Hose but they had only one size at that time to choose from and failed to mention that it might not feed the pipe. Later they posted another size as well, but that was later. I told them I want to return it since it does not match my pipe size, and I have been told that I have to pay for the shipment back plus they charge 20% restoking. Completely disappointed.

Buying was easy follow up not so.
