I had to involve BBB before I received the product I paid for and ordered. I was told that I would have to return a part I did not order and pay for the shipping, along with a possible restocking fee. This is an unacceptable business practice - to send items to customers they did not order, take the money paid for the original order, make the customer pay return shipping, and possibly have to pay a penalty because the customer didn't want the item they did not order. Am I missing something?
