Never received item in the 3-10 advertised. So I sent repeated emails to find out why it was already 3 weeks, then again after a month. Received emails with excuses only. Then email saying it was shipped. But the only thing I received was a envelope, which obviously cant fit the pan into.

It took a long time for my Presa Pan to ship. Had I known during my purchase that there would be a delay in shipping I wouldn't have cared. However, my card was charged and I was expecting the pan to ship within the advertised time frame. I thought I had been scammed. Customer service was responsive and assured me my order was shipping soon and I was offered a partial refund for the delay. Overall, I would say the courtious customer service made up for the delay in shipping.

Ordered 2 (one unopened). Approved return with 20% restocking fee on Nov 3. They promised a return label in 72 hours (Nov 7) and it’s been ~2 months with no label despite repeated follow-ups. Avoid. Worst customer service ever!
