Received a damaged pan that was deeply scratched on the interior. Contacted customer service and sent requested pictures right away and they said they would send me a replacement right out. I have since contacted them a total of four times and still no replacement pan over a month later. Each time I contact Presa pan they say they are going to mail one right away and never do.

You did not hold up your end of the discount. After several attempts to get you to do it, Including sending photos of the discount coupon offer, you did not respond once! The secret word, “Tortilla” was advertised for 15% discount. However when entered it only credited 10%. ??? Sound familiar? So, score the shopping experience as the lowest on the scale a 1. Because that is as low as it goes, possibly to score lower I would!
