I was happy to get it cheaper by shopping online. The only problem I had was the app was so glitchy it took me nearly half hour to get order done because it kept saying my location was in Adelaide somewhere. Then I had to chase up the pick up order after not hearing anything for 3 days, so I went into the shop and they said they would follow it up and ring me back that afternoon. So next morning after no call back I rang and was told it was waiting here for me to pick up after it was forgotte

Order ready when I arrived at store with staff helpful & friendly as always.

It would have been fine if the end product wasn't a complete disaster and if Cheap as Chips bothered to get back to me after I sent the photos they asked for. But it seems like I've just been abandoned with the pile of useless, flimsy chipboard that I have remaining of what was supposed to be a storage cupboard.

Click and collect at Munno para was poor. Stated stock and took my order. I had to call them 4 days later to be told they don’t have them despite their stock saying 10 in store. 1 week on from that date they have still not updated their system after I spoke to the manager by chance. Hopefully no one else gets the run around like I did if they order online. Also had to follow up my refund from the store. Hollywood Plaza was amazing. I called to check stock before placing order and they kindly put one aside for me.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund for 3 pots that were not available click and collect. Rang to chase up 4 days ago and was told it had just been processed but still nothing. My last order had stock not available and was refunded the next day.

It was an online order, I arrived at the store and the team member at the register looked up my order immediately and I was very happy with my instore experience

I didn't receive click and collect ready to pick up confirmation after 24 hours. I rang the store to follow up and the order is prepared and ready to collect instantly.
