I only a click and collect as I needed an Australian flag. Order said was ready for collection however was told no flag in order at collection and it was being refunded. I only ordered the other items so there was more than one. Not happy. Why not tell me in the email that my main item was not there. I had to catch 2 buses to get there. Waste of my time. The Australian flags are still showing as a click and collect item when none are in stock in any of your stores. Maybe you should remove them.
