This is as expected. So far this product has satisfied our requirements. It creates adequate shade & made our outdoor area more usable as my daughter is albino so she needs the added uv protection while being able to enjoy our under cover outdoor area. Love this heater. It's infrared so not built for heating a room, but the person in front of it. PERFECT for under the desk which always seems to stay cold. The gawler store great service The munno para store didn't send notification that my order was ready, I called later to be told they would get it organized and I could collect immediately. We didn't go until later in the day and the order still wasn't ready. We then waited for approximately 15 min in the loading dock until the the goods were brought out.

The walls are very sturdy, the bottom not so much, so I put down tarps then some canvas drop sheets on the grass first. This worked a treat. Only small improvement I would make is a latch so it can stay closed when in storage. I but it does come with a pouch when cooled.
