As stated, appalling lack of communication from the head office but great support from employees in both stores I phoned on numerous occasions during the week long wait.

One of my favorite shops

Take availability off site for click and collect if unavailable . I purchased through click and collect and had product available that was not available . No communication . I had to chase it up myself

Amazing

Always a bit weird shopping at C as C. The register person is often absent doing something else. There's also only one way in and one way out, which is awkward if the product you're looking for isn't there, so you have to try to squeeze past the queue of customers to get out of the store. Also used to actually be cheap, but they're now more expensive than Kmart etc.

i have had a purchase issue due to false advertising and contacted cheap as chips, they have yet to contact me back at all let alone offer a solution

The staff at Golden Grove are always helpful and friendly.

It took over 3 days for a reply on my click and collect. I rang and they couldn't find it so it was another day added on. Finally got it the next day.

Difficulty with contacting Customer Service via the phone and also long delays with receiving an email response from Customer Service team. Big shout out to the Staff at Glenelg SA Cheap As Chips Store, however who were super helpful.

No email or text to say order was ready. Rang staff only to be told bluntly it was ready and I should have had an email which I did not.

been a good experience. sometimes stock levels aren't updated, so difficult when picking up an online shop sometimes.

Some of the staff in store were lovely, but they had the wrong price displayed on the product I wanted to buy. I felt they were annoyed with me because they then had to match the price displayed. Customer service at that point could have been improved.

I didn't receive an email to say it's ready to collect in the time they told me so I had to chase it up at the store.

I didn’t receive half things that I had ordered when it stated that the store had them in stock. I was charged for them and when I went to pick them up there was only half my order. I was told to either fill in with other stock to make the amount of my order or fill out a refund form which I was informed would take weeks. I’m not impressed at all and I will be avoiding shopping online with cheap as chips from now on.
