Purchased a 20 watt diode laser, air assist, and cover. Had a learning curve figuring out operating software lightburn, but online assistance and YouTube videos save the day. Enjoying laser etching wood projects.

The order and delivery was easy and fast. The start-informations for the laser and the tutorials are not to good for beginners i think. The laser also has some strange weaknesses and the lens was wrong mounted. Now it runs and hopefully no more problems will come...

Die Lieferung war ganz okay, aber das es auf 5 einzelne Bestellungen aufgeteilt wurde fand ich nicht okay. Das der Kraft mit einer seperaten Lieferung (mit einem Lkw) geliefert wurde kann ich verstehen, weil er so schwer war. Denn hätte man aber zuerst los schicken können. So hätte ich es mir gewünscht, da man ja mit dem Kraft alleine schon hätte arbeiten können.

I really like the machine! I think it offers very good value for money. It works precisely. It has two downsides: the air compressor is very loud, and it doesn’t switch on and off automatically. It runs constantly! Unfortunately, this is very annoying.

Great laser 10 times better than my old 10 wat Recommend it to everybody!!

I must admit that I did not appreciate that I could not enter my VAT number directly and that I was told that the amount was indicated excluding VAT, although I saw it indicated including VAT. But that's not a problem, I hope that you can improve this point during the next purchase.

They have a price match program which was difficult to get them to honor. The person who sent me an email was nice but I felt like they were trying to avoid matching the price. I had to submit the form like 3 times and had to follow up like 4 times to finally get a response via email. They dirty of honored the price after me jumping through so many hoops. But I was told they couldn't exactly match it but come closer because they should be losing money. I was ok with that and thankful.
