To put it bluntly: you didn't deliver what I ordered. Instead of the A20 pro with F60 AirAssist and control panel that I ordered, I received an A20 with F30 and without a control panel. I should have sent the device back to you, but your great support team quickly sent me an F80 and a control panel. I'm still not completely satisfied, but I can live with it.
