The laser arrived later than expected, but it was very well packaged and safely delivered. I am highly satisfied with the quality and functionality of the product. However, Atomstack should seriously consider improving their communication with customers if they wish to build stronger trust and encourage future purchases. In summary, excellent products, but disappointing customer communication.

I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful, steering me in the right direction.

Order went smooth. Showed up in one piece. Had an issue that turned out to be a bad power supply, but they got a new one out to me. It is used daily for the past few weeks.

Lack of phone number for support, but still works

I had no problems with the shopping and shipping experience so far. Everything arrives without damages or issues.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I only received the machine, but none of the accessories, because AtomStack only sent me one tracking number. I was never informed that there were multiple packages. Now the other packages are being held and, since this is an international shipment to Buenos Aires, I am being asked to pay the shipping fees again even though it is not my responsibility. The machine is incomplete and disassembled because I cannot use it without the accessories.

Great form, user-friendly. But not oriented to B2B buyers. Nothing is foreseen to include company details in it, like a VAT number. Lost a lot of time communicating about it.

Their shipping was shockingly fast, quality is way above what I dreamed I would get for the price. Keep up the good work, I'm recommending your shop to anyone interested in CNC Laser applications. Best money I've spent this year!

Once i finally found the non sponcered websight , It felt like this place was in My dna. It felt great placing the orders here. When i was finnished, I was at peace. When the A10 V2 arrived, it was instantly , love at first sight. I almost want to order that machine again, just to relive that awsome experience. Everyone should have one!

They take your money quick then delay sending laser then DHL refused to deliver to my village, I had to walk 20 miles in 30 Deg heat, to carry the very large laser box home on foot. DHL use lazy drivers who decide if they visit you or drop of with no actual customers consent. Shame on DHL and Atomstack for not carrying after they get your money.
