On purchasing product, I waited a month for it to arrive. When the month past, I emailed the manufacturer to see what had happened, I received a response wothinn 24 hour's, apparently my order hadn't processed. Took around 6 to 7 weeks to receive. Lucky I'm a patient person.

No customer service. Use a carrier Imile which has 1.5 stars and many online comments about not receiving parcel and no evidence of parcel left. That was my experience. Imile donā€™t have customer service except via a broken whatsapp number and Pure Grounding have not provided an outcome. Urban Hippee much better service with overnight Auspost tracked service
