After watching a documentary on the benefits of 'grounding' I decided to keep my eye out for a sleep sheet.
When I saw the Pure Grounding offer I got their Grounding Flat sheet 68x132 cm which is just perfect for my king size single bed.
I've tried it across the bottom of the bed so that my bare legs contact it, and also lengthways to see how that goes (however I wear t-shirt/boxers in bed so not sure if that affects the earthing).
