You should have a warning about different types of outlets for international customers, especially since you emphasize that the mat has to be plugged directly into an outlet to work properly! Getting an adapter would be useless since the mat has to be plugged directly into an outlet. Your company would have known that the plug on the mat would not work with a US outlet even with an adapter. I want my money back.
