I love everything about this tent once you get the hang of setting it up it's so quick and easy , the quality of materials is top notch and everything is so thought threw i got the one with the Arizona pattern and it looks great and so does everyone thats seen it , but i did have a bad experience with the pad and if it fails it id make sure to have something to patch it up in the mean while since the tent heavily relys on it for absolute comfort.

My first time set up of the tent was a tad frustrating. Your online instruction videos were entertaining and are great sales technique but were not as helpful as they could have been for actually assembling the tent system for the first time. An antimated, step by step video would have been helpful
