If you use some type of other pump it’s a lot faster, I wouldn’t even mess with the pump sack. It’s a little bit loud but once you’re in a sleeping bag it’s not bad. Very comfy

I purchased the Haven hammock for overnight back country hunting and hiking. So far I haven’t used ot for that purpose lol. However this hammock is so darn comfortable that I often see it up in the back yard just to relax in.
On another note I think the carbon sticks are a game changer. They definitely help with the overall weight. I’d like to suggest a 2- way zipper for the mosquito netting.

I absolutely Love all the products I have from haven and the ridgeline lights is at the top of the list. It pairs perfectly with my safari hammock. I did however experience a failure as the light stopped working except for one small light at the end. I contacted support and without any questions they replaced it for free! This company is top notch from quality to support and everything in between. I will never be a ground dweller again.

Super comfortable and spacious. Felt more than enough room to turn around on my back and stomach. Backpacked with the haven safari over all good experiences a bit on the heavy side but definitely gave me a good barrier against the wind and snow.

Straight out of the box. I couldn’t wait to try out my Haven Hammock Tent. The XL is spacious and comfortable. I love my colorful rain fly and a hummingbird does too. It was hovering over the flowers wondering how it could get some nectar. I can’t wait to try out the lights and actually sleep in it. BSA Summer Camp starts soon, I’ll have plenty of opportunities then.

The insulated pad cover cuts down on the noise when shifting in the tent. It also lets me leave the sleeping bag at home and just bring the cover and a quilt. Love it!

Comfortable! I'm a 5'5" 205lbs side and belly sleeper that fish flops through the night, and this thing completely changes the game. I bought one for me and my husband and he likes it too. He's a 5'7" back and side sleeper, and we just tried them last night. More comfortable than a regular hammock, and air mattress. Does makes some noise when you toss or turn, but any air-up anything does. The price scared me at first but all well built, and they make it so if there is no electricity you can sti...

Main take away is it’s very easy and quick to setup once you figured it out. Probably takes me 5 mins to setup and 3 mins to take down. Fits well into the back of my kayak and small enough to bring other things.
I did a 75 mile kayak trip down a river for 3 nights. The first two nights I didn’t have good options to hang the tent off trees so I was either slightly on the ground or directly on the ground.
Using my hiking sticks, I got the tent to stand up just fine on the second night. I found...

My first time using the Haven XL. This photo was taken at Playa Restingue, Veraguas Province, Panama. Playa Restingue is at the SW corner of the Azuero Peninsula. It is only a few kilometers from the most Southern point in the North American Continent. Havens camping hammock has made camping an option again for this 66 year old. It has definitely Uped my experience living and exploring in Panama.

Definitely lived up to everything I'd heard and read about it. Easy to setup, comfortable, and kept me warm in my sleeping bag even at roughly 30°F before wind chill (I do have the insulated pad cover as well). Easily one of the highlights of the trip. Packed up nice and easy as well.

Top!

Ok so I got this for a camping trip and due to some unfortunate timing my first time setting it up was in the dark, but much to my suprise it went very smoothly! Thoroughly enjoyed my new off the hard ground camping setup in its trial run, next is a 7000 mile motorcycle trip with this as only tent so I'll update review after that, for longevity impressions

I've been eying hammocks lately and upgrading my gear. Our scout troop is getting ready to ramp up for backpacking, and we just had our first camp in March for the newly crossed-over scouts.
I've never used a hammock before, but I took the plunge, and I'm glad I did! My ground setup was no slouch, but the Haven XL blows away the comfort level of my ground setup and my Nemo XL sleeping pad. First night using it, my Apple sleep score was an 82 and on par with my bed at home.

Best sleep I’ve gotten camping in ages! Had camped in 30 ish degree weather right before Christmas, the insulated pad and pad cover helped to keep me nice and cozy. Set up and breakdown were easy. It packs away really well. Camped a second time in warmer weather 60ish and had another great hang out in the wild. Can’t speak highly enough of my safari and can’t wait to have more adventures with it

I’ve been camping with a hammock for the last ten years. It’s why I can still go camping at 70 because i don’t sleep on the ground anymore. I started with the Ridgeline then moved to the REI quarter dome which was a better system. I would still be using it but the bug net ripped and REI discontinued it. Enter the Haven Safari, it’s awesome. Easier than the REI to setup. More comfortable than both and very well made. At 12 pounds I won’t be backpacking with it, but at my age I’m just car camping ...

Straight Out of the Box first time setup was really user-friendly and intuitive. I was very surprised by how compact the entire system is.
Once fully set up I laid down and I would have to say this is the most comfortable way that I can possibly get a night sleep outdoors and especially on uneven ground.
I barely get 4 hours of sleep in my bed at home but I was able to sleep comfortably through the night with a cliff to my one side and a deep natural Forest to my other.

I don’t have a Haven Tent (yet) but my Dutchware Chameleon fits perfectly. I did figure out that the tarp extension poles are different than the YoboGear poles for “normal” hammocks but I like the way these work. This will be perfect for a beach day and I can still set my tarp for camping.

We bought our Haven Safari tents a couple years ago and we love them, but the pad that came with them started to have an issue of caving in the middle. My husband found that Haven has a new pad that is the "True Flat" and it absolutely is that! We slept on the new pad 3 nights in a row and I had the best sleep camping.

I purchased my Haven in November and didn't get to use it until the end of February, took an over night motorcycle camping trip into Oklahoma, set up was a bit of a learning curve but I have it down now, the hole system works great, had a problem with the pad holding air over night, contacted haven and they sent me a new pad. Had it in less than a week, looking forward to using it again and again.

We picked these up for ourselves for Chrismas 2023 and set them up right away to use. My husband builds extreme weather sleeping bags and clothing and of course wanted to try them out in the hammocks!
One night it got down to 11° and another to 5°. We had to do a little adjusting to the airmatress due to the air freezing in those temperatures and feeling cold on our backs; basically, we covered them with the material my husband uses for his products and that took care of that winter-related pr...

We have a mountain cabin and many family and friends who want the outdoor sleep experience, winter or summer. We started with traditional hammocks and progressed to cots and air mattresses, then we heard about Haven lay-flat hammocks. One purchase turned into two, with more being considered. Some benefits of sleep in a Haven lay flat hammock over the other options include the comfort of a level surface with a insect screen and suspended stability. We love them!!!

Loving my early Christmas gift,
the radically light weight Spectre.
The mesh is great, it does a decent job at repelling water if it’s only drizzling, so you don’t necessarily have to be blocked by the rain fly and actually enjoy seeing the outdoors too!
And one very cold day, I tried it in my back yard with just a light quilt while lying on an electric throw blanket that I plugged into a GFI outlet. I just started watching the large chucks of snow blow off the trees in the strong breeze. Th...

I love this tent. From years of football, I suffer from back and shoulder pain if I lay on a flat bed for more than 10 mins. This had made camping and sleeping on typical cots or sleeping pads on the ground troublesome. But the Lounge strap on this Haven XL has been a game changer for me. I sleep just as good outside as I do in my own home.

The Haven Hammock is a game changer. I have used a single and double nested ENO hammock for about 13 years, which are great because of how compact they are, but I have always had issues with my ground pad moving around while sleeping. The design of the Haven XL is far superior; the blow-up sleeping pad took minutes to inflate and DID NOT MOVE the entire night, whether is was sleeping on my back, side, or stomach, and had absolutely zero sag. Had a fantastic first outing with my haven xl. I spent several days canoeing in the bayous of Louisiana and lakes in Arkansas.
It was easy to set up and kept me up off the wet ground in a cypress swamp as well as kept me dry through hours of rain. So comfortable, I slept every night as well as I do in my own bed, except for the one night I accidentally set up in a grove of wild pecan trees that kept dropping nuts all night.
It so nice not to have the hassle of finding a flat spot to put my tent....

It could be filled with high-quality down to improve insulation. 2) Vent...
