Shopping was fine the tent itself did not perform

I felt that the material was sturdy and did its' job, but I felt claustrophobic in the tent. Just not my style, I guess.

Your customer service is great. I was surprised that your company is not a massive, talking with your customer service contact I inquired as to how many employees your company has. Your staff might be small, but they really care about the customer experience. Five Stars!

It was very easy to purchase & simple to set up. Lay flat hammocks are perfect for a good night's sleep. Not to mention, a whole lot easier to sit in & get out of. Its a great design! Why didn't I think of it?

Poor customer support, I wanted to trade in my damaged spectre for a standard Haven XL because I disliked the Spectre design, I have never received a response from customer support.

Customer service told me that their small business can’t afford to refund a product that they aren’t getting back because they took nearly a week to respond to an email, several phone calls, and texts. And by the time they replied I had left the country and was held financially responsible for their staffing issue of not being able to take care of customers while they were doing whatever they were doing. Totally unacceptable experience for someone who spent over $1000

I set it up in the garage and added the rain fly and guide lines. I'm really looking forward to trying it out.

My first Haven had a catastrophic failure. I called the company with some trepidation, not sure how they’d handle it. They said my failure was a known issue that they had taken steps to rectify by a redesign, and sent me an entirely new Haven. I am very satisfied and a big fan of the product and the company. :)

Had a small quality issue with my ridgelight, but Haven took care of me. Hard to ask for more than that. The build quality of my haven xl is excellent!

Not sure where Haven support is easiest to reach. Asked on Facebook messenger a while ago where or if I could buy a HavenXL body only. Haven’t heard back. Another question today: Is there a close up set up of the rainfly on a Haven Stand, with the 2 poles on top holding the rainfly corners? Trying to follow Derricks video in Hawai setting up the stand, but cant see it clearly. I am using it regularly. My string light shuts of after around 45 seconds after dimming.

Had problems with the equipment with a broken zipper and the they care of it no problem.
