The mat is everything , if it goes flat you have a regular hammock

If you decide to buy from them, you won't regret it.

i enjoy this company a lot and love my tent but the power pump is a thumbs down for me. except for the speed it blows up the mattress if it’ll hold a charge

Haven always responded to my questions but sometime with a missing answer. Some questions about set up like how does hammock attach to stand, what are the extra loops on the stand for, what is the flagged strap for, etc. I think extra bonus parts were sent but without instructions.

Ive had issues with 2 products, the first was a 15l dry sack that never even made it to my house, I submitted a claim that was denied days later and had to followup directly with support to get it approved and shipped to me. Then on the first use I discovered the sleeping pad i baught does not hold air I sent a claim, sent an email, and even reached out through the ai chat bot and have been ghosted for the last 2 weeks. The items themselves are awesome in concept but not if they come broken

Haven’t slept in it yet. Very excited to try. Got charged for two insulated pad covers tried to tell the company before the package was put together. No response. Some of the stuff seems cheap, Straps seem cheap considering how expensive the set up is. And the my rechargeable pad inflater doesn’t work. Seem like cheap Chinese crap that you get from 5below. The hammock, rainfly, pad, and insulated cover all seem great and well made. Just the other stuff not so much.

I just took the Haven Spectre out for the first trip yesterday. After 23 miles of paddling, it was easy ti setup (way easier than my buddy’s hammock), it gave me the best night’s sleep that I’ve ever gotten in the backcountry, and I am excited to take it out on my next adventure.

I work for the state as a driver for a hospital my schedule has large holes in it so there are times where I am free for an hour or two. There is a large wooded area right off the parking lot and now I have a secluded place to set up and chill but am close enough that when or if needed I am at the office in less than a minute. Perfection!!!
