I love the “quiz” at the very beginning. I think anyone who seriously wants to go backpacking (inspiring thru hiker here someday) should take the time to look into this gear. I am so impressed so far.

The shopping experience was painless. I ordered the hammock/tent on Sunday and received it on Thursday. Everything was packaged great but like everything these days I can't seem to get it back into the sacks like it came in

I invested in your company when you were a kick starter. I bought two hammocks during Covid. I reinvested and got a hammock with two zippers on one side. Your product is not cheap and I expect the best.

I saw you guys had a good product, so I would’ve had in. Ordered some with you guys. It was a great as great as I thought it would be.

The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was pretty simple. It even gave me the option to add anything to the order that I may have forgotten, even after I paid. The customer service was also phenomenal. Wonderful company

Your customer service is great. I was surprised that your company is not a massive, talking with your customer service contact I inquired as to how many employees your company has. Your staff might be small, but they really care about the customer experience. Five Stars!

It was very easy to purchase & simple to set up. Lay flat hammocks are perfect for a good night's sleep. Not to mention, a whole lot easier to sit in & get out of. Its a great design! Why didn't I think of it?

Poor customer support, I wanted to trade in my damaged spectre for a standard Haven XL because I disliked the Spectre design, I have never received a response from customer support.

Customer service told me that their small business can’t afford to refund a product that they aren’t getting back because they took nearly a week to respond to an email, several phone calls, and texts. And by the time they replied I had left the country and was held financially responsible for their staffing issue of not being able to take care of customers while they were doing whatever they were doing. Totally unacceptable experience for someone who spent over $1000

I set it up in the garage and added the rain fly and guide lines. I'm really looking forward to trying it out.
