Customer service is a joke. Y'all sent me a pad with a hole in it. Literally right out of the package and it had a hole... The response I got with a deflection of "Oh we check every pad and our team does a random check. This usually just happens from wear and tear." I just opened this out of the shipping back and packaging and blew it up to test it out and it had a hole. The process to get a warranty going was awful and the customer service sucked!

The Haven Tent is indeed a very comfortable sleep solution (notwithstanding the matress temperature rating failure). And it is the best dual solution, hammock plus tent, on the market. On the con side, it takes more volume when packed. And takes more time to pack/set-up. Also, it sacrifices the traditional hammock comfort when the hammock and underquilt wrap around you on the sides and keep you warm/out of the wind. The Haven Tent is a much more “breezy” experience.

Went through Kickstarter, and there's a disconnect between them and the vendors. My order ended up getting shipped to an incorredct address, but I was able to retrieve it. But because I was working remotely from where it was actually sent, it took a couple weeks to find a way to get it. More of a Kickstarter issue though I guess. Not really sure though.

This was a replacement for a teared xl haventent and the service was great. My only less great experience was that they promised to check shipping cost before shipping but they didn't and the cost was much higher than I expected. I would of course accepted the cost anyway but it's always good be prepared and know upfront costs. However the fact that they replaced my haventent without much fuss saved my day. Thank you
