Took a long time to be delivered Evri was the original courier, and nothing happened for weeks and the tracking indicated it was still at the suppliers it was then changed to Dpd as the courier and it was with me with-in 3 working days, arrived well packaged and secure but I have not fitted yet!

Rubbish service

Terrible customer service - AI integration into service sectors are inevitable and invaluable in many ways - but the platform you are using is impersonal and not benefiting customer engagement. You need to implement someone to take ownership after an automated message to instil confidence that issues are being dealt with by a human, given real comprehendible updates and realistic lead times. Being this reliant on a subpar AI system will lose you customers.

A pallet going missing is not the customers problem. The parts could have been sent from the eu warehouse as mentioned in the email. Leaving the customer without paid for goods pending your investigation isn’t good customer service. This has put a stop to my conversion whilst waiting for the parts.
