Speedy delivery was all that I could have wished for. On arrival the heater seems very well engineered and made of hard wearing aluminium which gives confidence in the product. This is definitely the best night heater ive ever owned its not easy to get to grips with im still trying to get the heater to work the way I want it to but I am definitely getting to grips with it . I like the fact that you cant hear the fuel pump banging away . And it pushes a lot more heat than my old 8kwh heater and this is only a 5kwh . After reading the manual and priming the oil-pump it worked on the first try. There was just a little flaw in the small white connector that goes into the display. The pin of the red wire has slipped out of the housing, so there was only an intermittent contact. After fixing this issue, the display as well as the heater worked flawlessly. I had it run for about 20 Minutes to do some burn in, and while it was smoking and smelling for the first few minutes (as expected!), it runs fine for the rest...

Fast delivery , Easy install and everything you need is supplied , slight issue powering up first time as it weren't getting the fuel up , but I had low fuel and was on a bit of a slope. Wir sind mit der Nordkapp Dieselheizung sehr zufrieden. Läuft leise und auch die Dieselpumpe ist nicht zu hören. Loben darf ich auch den Service von Nordkapp, schnell und kompetent. Wir haben uns beim Kastenwagen L4H3 für die 5Kw mit Bluetooth entschieden. App läuft stabil. Vor der Montage hatte ich ein mulmiges Gefühl, da Fzg. Technik so gar nicht meins ist. The heater arrived very shortly (5 days) after ordening. The heater itself feels very solid. The manual is very clear and we had one question which was answered very shortly after mailing. The installation is solid also. (connected to the van’s fuel tank). We did have 2 different errors, but both because of logical things. 1) the fuel tank was to empty. 2) the power of the accu has a peak at the start, when starting it a few times in a row it didn’t work. The heater arrived quickly and the box contained everything needed to install the heater in a motorhome as an aux back up to the Truma LPG system. A longer lead between the heater and the control panel would be useful as its too short. The instructions arent as clear as they could be in relation to priming the system but a quick google search explains to hold down the ventilation and up buttons simultaneously to enter the priming mode.
