Fast shipping, but the package arrived damaged. The product received did not match the pictures or description on the website. Customer support initially dismissed my concerns before confirming that the product had been updated without updating the website. They eventually offered a free return and full refund, which I appreciate. However, product descriptions should accurately reflect what customers receive. Overall, a disappointing experience.
