I was unable to purchase a 230V adapter through your website. Strangely, the heater can be delivered to me, but the necessary adapter cannot. After multiple inquiries with customer service, I received no helpful response. I was merely spammed with automatically generated emails.
For me, this service is absolutely the most outrageous I have ever experienced.
No one has ever addressed my issues. This is disappointing and not something I would recommend.

Itse lämmitin toimii hyvin. Sen wifi/bluetooth ohjaus ei toimi. Puhelimen samsung s24 kanssa ei saanut paritettua. Lisäksi ongelmia toimituksen suhteen, mukana tilattu lämmönjakosarja ei ole tullut, eikä tietoa milloin tulee. Sarjaa on sivujen mukaan hyllyssä, eli jossain nyt mättää. Onneksi Klarnan kautta on saanut maksun laitettua hyllylle kunnes puuttuvat osat saapuvat. Viestintä melko heikkoa, ja ainoastaan englanniksi.
